Jaun Guru Charan Kamal Balihaar

jaun guru charana-kamala balihaar
I sacrifice my all upon my Gurudev’s lotus feet.

jina charanana ki sharana gahata mana,
paavata yugala vihaar
By surrendering to these lotus feet, the mind drinks the supreme nectar of Radha and Krishna’s sweet pastimes.

jina charanana ko dhyaana dharata mana,
mitata jagata andhiyaar
By meditating on these lotus feet, the darkness of ignorance is destroyed from the mind.

jina charanana anukampa jaga mahan,
rahata na raha sansaar
It is by the grace of these lotus feet that one, though living in the world, remains unaffected by it.

jina charanana raja aaji charaachara,
dikhata nandakumar
By reverently applying the dust of these lotus feet to the eyes, one sees Shree Krishna everywhere.

yadapi ‘kripalu’ bheda nahin hari guru,
tadapi guruhin aabhaar
Says Shree ‘Kripalu’, “Although there is no difference between God and Guru, yet one is primarily indebted to one’s Guru.”
